Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the store team, enhance customer service, and drive sales while keeping the store safe, organized, and well stocked. You’ll partner with peer supervisors and store leaders to implement programs and policies across shifts.
The role emphasizes coaching Associates, improving service delivery, and collaborating with leadership to meet store goals in sales, expenses, and training. Eligible for 4‑day workweek option in some cases.
