Are you fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Taiwanese Language and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We're hiring Customer Service Specialists (CSS) for multiple international projects across Travel, Hospitality, Tobacco, Social Media, and Reservation Support.

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.
  • Deliver accurate and timely support while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues and elevate complex cases when required.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and meet performance metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with global teams in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in the required language(s)
  • Good English communication skills (where applicable)
  • Customer service experience is an advantage (fresh graduates may also apply if eligible)
