A leading multinational company with operations across Latin America is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support strategic business accounts and ensure excellence throughout the customer order fulfillment process. This position plays a critical role in connecting commercial, supply chain, logistics, and customer-facing teams to deliver a seamless experience while maintaining operational efficiency and service reliability. Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders from entry through final delivery and invoicing. Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of regional and strategic customers.
