Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced call center environment supporting customers with prior authorization inquiries, account questions, and general support needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
