Customer Service Representative (Medellín)

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing outstanding customer support, and ensuring all client information and appointments are accurately managed in company systems. This position plays a key role in coordinating installations, calibrations, and other service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Call Handling

• Answer inbound calls to assist customers with appointment inquiries or properly route calls to the appropriate department.
• Handle transferred calls related to:
  • Refunds
  • ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
  • Billing inquiries
  • Warranty
  • Scheduling / Rescheduling
  • Claim status
  • General inquiries
  • Overflow sales calls
• Make outbound calls to verify customer payment methods received from the Data Entry team.
