Education
High/Senior High School degree or equivalent.
Experience
1-3 years in customer service or related field.
Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in Google Suite, strong verbal and written communication, and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions
5x onsite, shifting schedule.
Qualities and Traits
Patience, empathy, active listening, problem‑solving, and a positive attitude.
