Our client is seeking to employ a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Isando, Gauteng.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high volumes of calls, emails, and messages, providing service advisory support, coordinating vehicle maintenance and workshop requirements, resolving transport and service-related issues, and ensuring efficient communication with customers and stakeholders.
