Your Role
As an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be

first point of contact for customers of a world‑renowned consumer
brand.
You will:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Provide high-quality, empathetic, and efficient support
Resolve issues and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to find fast and effective solutions
Become a product expert through a fully paid 10‑day training
program
What You Bring
Native or fluent Italian (C2 level)
