Customer Service Representative (Irapuato)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team.You will be responsible to perform all necessary functions to ensure customer satisfaction.Primary activities include evaluation of customer inquiries and compatibility with Metso parts and services, coordination of an appropriate quotation considering price/margin/delivery, proposal follow up, support of outside sales efforts, sales order entry, order coordination, and order backlog management of orders until completion.You will report to the Manager, Customer Service.This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX.We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sale Account Managers and Technical Sales Support.Our team culture is all about providing the best solutions for the customer and stakeholders.What you'll doMake an Impact: Provide effective service to end-users and sales managers by handling purchase orders, pricing requests, and technical queries with expe...
