Responsibilities
- Document and update customer information in proprietary CRM systems
- Field general inquiries and provide outstanding client solutions
- Interact and dialogue with consumers and dealer-clients via telephone and email
- Verify accuracy of customer applications and personal information
- Set and calendar appointments to ensure maximum sales opportunities for dealer-clients
