CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Overview

The Auto CSR position requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual responsible for communicating with consumers and dealer-clients of Auto Credit Express and CarsDirect.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer information in proprietary CRM systems
• Field general inquiries and provide outstanding client solutions
• Interact and dialogue with consumers and dealer-clients via telephone and email
• Verify accuracy of customer applications and personal information
• Set and calendar appointments to ensure maximum sales opportunities for dealer-clients
