Opportunity Description
Become a key player with the City of Hamilton as a Customer Service Representative supporting the Vacant Unit Tax program. This position requires strong communication skills to assist the public with inquiries and provide valuable information.
In this role, you'll report to the Supervisor of Vacant Unit Tax. Your primary responsibility will be managing customer service inquiries, which include verbal and written communication related to the tax program. You'll also handle electronic updates and approve necessary documents while providing guidance on policies and procedures.
