Customer Service Representative (Claims Support) – Hybrid
Job Type: Contract (6 months)
Pay: $18.00/Hr - $20.00/Hr
Training: 4 weeks in length. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Golden Valley, MN. Hybrid Remote, 3 days onsite, 2 days from home
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support a growing claims operations team. This position combines customer outreach with investigative and administrative work to ensure beneficiaries receive timely assistance and claims are processed accurately.
Approximately 70% of the role involves research and investigative work, with 30% dedicated to outbound calls and email communication.
Key Responsibilities
