Your role here is to onboard new clients and become their point of contact with us once they move forward with us and sign a purchase agreement. We have a process where you will update them every business day throughout the process. It’s important to note that the type of people you are working with are often distressed & emotional, hence why they contacted us looking to sell their home rather than list It themselves. Some clients will try to cancel their contracts, some clients will get challenging to work with, particularly when you have to share information they aren’t happy to hear. A key responsibility for you is to be able to calmly and firmly control the situation at all times without breaking rapport.
