This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position serves as the crucial link between our client and its valued customers. Managing the entire customer order lifecycle, from initial entry to final shipment, you will be the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. This is a temporary position reporting to the Director of Customer Service.
