Key Responsibilities
- Multichannel Customer Support.
- Resolve issues related to billing, service delays, donations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Donor & Client Relationship Management: support donor acquisition campaigns by answering questions, processing contributions, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Escalate high-priority issues (e.g., compliance risks, sensitive cases) to ensure swift resolution.
- Documentation & Compliance: log interactions in Sway Comm’s systems, ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and report recurring issues to optimize client workflows.
- Collaboration & Improvement: partner with fulfillment and lead generation teams to streamline processes and share insights to enhance multilingual support strategies.
