+ Oversee day-to-day customer service operations and ensure high-quality support delivery

+ Manage, coach, and develop a team of customer service representatives

+ Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience

+ Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and finance teams

+ Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
