We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to be part of Donaldson in Terrassa, Barcelona. This position reports to the Senior Customer Service Manager and offers 60% of remote working (3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a customer service team of 10 people, providing supervision and technical assistance to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
