• Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by the Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
• Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with the Manager to respond to clients.
