YOUR ROLE

As one of the front-line people in our Harvey Distributor business, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.

Your main responsibilities include processing customer orders and efficiently responding to any queries, developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, expediting back orders, and maintaining and updating account details. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You’ll also ensure communication flows within the Customer Service team itself to other areas of the business.
