This role reports directly to the Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager. You'll be responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with customers, managing order entry and verification, and coordinating with the operations team for effective stocking solutions. Managing customer inquiries promptly will allow for timely updates on order statuses and pricing and you will also play a key role in expanding the customer base.
