As a key contact at WSIAT, you will provide first-level responses and information service concerning the appeals process for Indigenous clients. This role demands excellent organizational skills and a passion for fostering a culturally safe environment. You’ll handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently, ensuring respectful and knowledgeable support.
Key Responsibilities:
