Customer Sales Executive – Convenience (Mississauga, Ontario)
What will you do?
- Coach and develop three direct reports to ensure the delivery of business objectives
- Manage key retail and wholesale customers with a focus on profitable growth and market share expansion
- Develop annual Business Plans focused on listing new products, achieving permanent distribution and developing & executing a comprehensive promotional calendar
- Analyze data and translate into an impactful selling story in support of customer & Hershey ambitions
- Forecast sales and set targets and develop 1-3 year growth plans
- Work cross functionally to develop and deliver high impact sales presentations
- Manage customer promotional and merchandising strategy
- Coordinate with marketing teams and cross‑functional partners to ensure new business opportunities are aligned with Hershey brand strategies
