You will own marketing operations, lead generation, and sales: build the engine, find the channels that work, and own customer relationships. We care about evidence of hustle, judgment, and outcomes over resume length. Bonus for B2B sales or GTM ops experience, comfort with CRM and outbound tooling, and time spent working closely with founders.
