Customer Experience & Retail Fulfillment Specialist

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep the store well-merchandised.

You will engage customers on rewards programs, enroll private label cardholders, and assist with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Physical duties include standing long hours, lifting, and climbing as needed, including evenings and weekends.
