- Guarantee delivery of best‑in‑class Customer Experience.
- Manage strong supporting processes to continuously improve Agents’ soft and hard skills.
- Improve Customer Journeys together with Marketing, Digital, and IT.
- Monitor Customer Experience KPI dashboard.
Qualifications
- Technical Competencies:
- Expertise in Customer Journey mapping.
- Expertise in Feedback Management methodology.
- Digital and Artificial Intelligence awareness (chatbot, web platform, etc.).
