We’re Hiring: Customer Care Representative


Location: On-Site, site in downtown Monterrey, at Centro Cuauhtémoc.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00PM (DST may cause the schedule to vary)


Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: $15,000.00MXN before taxes + $1,069.00MXN in food vouchers + $220.00MXN company bonus + law and above the law benefits (minor medical plan, nutritional & psychological program once a month)


About the Role

Provide full customer support regarding any concern or request

Probing to understand the root cause of the dissatisfaction to provide a tailored solution

Remaining calm and patient with irate or emotional customers, turning negative experiences into positive ones

Converting detractors into promoters
