Responsibilities
- Build and maintain key relationships with BMC Software customers, partners, and resellers.
- Create and update customer accounts and profile information.
- Investigate and resolve customer care issues, providing translations and support in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Guide customers through BMC web and product information, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Escalate and expedite critical issues as needed.
- Maintain clear communication flows using appropriate language skills.
- Create, update, and route support cases to the proper product support groups.
