Opportunity Description
The Customer Advocate is responsible for overall account management for a defined set of Canadian Division accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and exceeding customer expectations.
Job Functions
- Order input into system using defined key parameters.
- Use local ERP system (AS400 / Globetek) to manage graphic requests, pricing requests, production orders, release management, forecasting models, inventory reports, and other customer‑related reporting.
- Communicate with customers, sales, and production to provide timely order status follow‑up.
- Interface with internal customers such as graphics and production to ensure requirements are adequate for order processing.
- Maintain accurate pricing of orders and shipments.
- Resolve quality and working capital issues.
- Act as inside coordinator for account managers to communicate service levels to customers.
