Role Overview
The CPE Engineer owns end-to-end resolution of Supplies product and field quality issues, ensuring fast containment, deep root cause identification, and sustainable corrective actions. This role is expected to operate with a strong sense of urgency, drive accountability across teams, and protect the customer experience while maintaining business continuity.
Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Issue Ownership (Critical)- Take full ownership of Supplies customer/field issues from detection to closure
- Drive rapid containment actions to protect customers and supply
- Lead cross-functional teams (Quality, Firmware, R&D, Partner) to resolution
- Provide clear, concise executive updates (status, risk, next steps)
- Lead structured problem solving (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) with data-driven rigor
