Join Balkan this summer as a Line Cook in Banff and embrace the Mediterranean culinary arts! Earn up to $30.50/hr while enjoying a vibrant atmosphere and delicious dishes.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing Mediterranean cuisine, including pita wraps and souvlaki, and ensuring all cooking standards are upheld. Collaborating with the kitchen team, you will help create an enjoyable dining experience for guests during our exciting Greek Nights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Mediterranean dishes ensuring quality control
• Work in tandem with chefs for efficient kitchen service
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space
• Mentor and assist in training new staff members
Requirements:
• Proven culinary experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and communication abilities
• Capacity to perform well under pressure
• Must have a flexible schedule
