As a Repair Planner, you'll utilize experience to conduct detailed assessments, communicate effectively with production, and maintain the integrity of repair documentation. Your familiarity with estimating software will drive efficiency and contribute to high-quality outcomes. You'll play a pivotal role in the repair lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate repair estimates for accuracy
• Prepare and communicate repair documentation effectively
• Ensure all OEM procedures are adhered to during repairs
• Monitor file quality for continuous improvement
• Capture detailed vehicle damage photos as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as a Collision Estimator
