CSA Construction Manager (Civils)

Overview

Enersense Engineering is looking for an experienced CSA Construction Manager (Civils) to support a major data centre construction project in Helsinki, Finland.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Manage coordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages, with focus on civil and structural scope
• Manage and support CSA supervisors and site teams to deliver project scope on a fast‑track, complex construction project
• Lead site safety in coordination with the Project Manager and HSE team
• Promote and maintain a strong culture of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards across all civils activities
• Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation activities for civil works
