• Maintain established quality and time standards
• Operate equipment only after appropriate training
• Report any pest or disease infestations

Requirements:
• Experience in greenhouse or field farming (1 month - 7 months)
• Positive attitude with self-motivation
• Ability to follow direction continuously
• Flexible and adaptable to changes
