Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical reference for the HubSpot platform, ensuring its governance, continuous development, and alignment with business needs.
Design, develop and optimize workflows, pipelines, forms, automations and other platform features, ensuring scalability, efficiency and process standardization.
Provide technical leadership for CRM implementation, integration and enhancement projects, connecting HubSpot to other platforms and enterprise solutions.
Collaborate with Customer Experience, Technology, Data, Automation, Marketing, Sales and Post-sales teams, translating business needs into technical solutions that deliver value.
Promote CRM data governance and quality, ensuring information consistency, reliability of metrics and support for decision-making.
