CRM and Lifecycle Assistant Manager / Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRM and Lifecycle Assistant Manager / Manager to drive user lifecycle initiatives and optimize our CRM ecosystem. In this role, you will own lifecycle marketing execution, support CRM platform modernization, and work closely with Product, Growth, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable, personalized customer engagement programs that improve activation, retention, and long-term user value.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Platform Management & Migration : Support the migration, integration, and optimization of our CRM platform (Braze), including requirements gathering, data validation, testing, go-live activities, and stakeholder coordination.
• Lifecycle Marketing Execution : Design, build, and manage lifecycle journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation stages to improve key customer and business outcomes.
