Lead patient care excellence at UHN as the Critical Care Response Team Co-Lead. Drive team performance and enhance CCRT services at Toronto Western Hospital's Medical Surgical Neuro ICU.
The Co-Lead role is pivotal in supporting advanced patient care in a critical environment. You're expected to allocate responsibilities, offer mentorship, and ensure availability of educational resources to both staff and CCRT providers. This position allows you to advocate for quality patient outcomes while operating in a fast-paced ICU setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing mentorship to CCRT members
• Manage 24/7 scheduling for the team
