Opportunity Description
Make a difference as a Crisis Support Worker for CMHC in Mississauga and Brampton, Canada. This full-time role focuses on supporting individuals in mental health and addiction crises.
The CMHC Crisis Support Worker will report to the Program Supervisor and assist clients experiencing serious mental health and addiction challenges. You will coordinate advocacy, create person-centered service plans, and provide crisis counseling in a 24/7 residential environment. Your work will help individuals stabilize and recover, diverting them from incarceration or unnecessary hospitalization.
