Crewing Team Lead - Offshore Crew Change & Logistics

SBM Offshore seeks a Crewing Team Lead to manage personnel logistics for offshore operations, including crew changes and rotations for POB. You will optimize crewing tool usage and processes and lead a team to deliver on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with the Planner to oversee POB on the FPSO and ensure compliance with flag requirements. A strong background in logistics and maritime personnel management is essential.
