Crew Lead, BAS (Building Automation Specialist)

The Crew Lead - BAS is responsible for overseeing a team of BAS Technicians in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on‑demand services on facility BAS equipment and systems for multiple facilities. The Crew Lead - BAS is responsible for overseeing the execution of activities performed by BAS Technicians to ensure that work is performed in accordance with established processes and practices and is compliant with all internal and external requirements, including environmental, health and safety, and fire protection. In addition to people‑leadership responsibilities, the Crew Lead - BAS also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance as well as routine and on‑demand services.
