Creative QA

Our travel client is looking for a Creative QA Specialist to join their team for a 6-week project, from July 20th- August 31st (35-40 hours per week). This will be remote, $40 per hour, t4.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate hotel descriptions, amenities, room types, rates, and policies against source data and client guidelines.
• Ensure tone, formatting, and terminology align with the client’s brand voice and editorial rules.
• Check headings, keywords, alt text, and meta descriptions for correctness and optimization.
• Confirm that content layout, links, and calls‑to‑action support a smooth booking journey.
• Apply scoring rubrics to evaluate clarity, completeness, and compliance.
• Flag issues such as outdated information, broken links, formatting inconsistencies, or missing assets.
• Work with writers, editors, product teams, and client stakeholders to resolve content issues.
