Creative Project Manager

Manage end-to-end execution of projects by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while aligning creative outputs with brand. Coordinate closely with eLearning designers, Graphic designers, copywriters, PPT designers & client stakeholders across different regions/markets to ensure smooth workflow through design, development, and final delivery. Allocating resources effectively, managing team capacity to ensure on time delivery. Oversee production quality to meet design standards, instructional accuracy, and brand guidelines.

Central point of contact for stakeholders, managing communication and feedback/approvals. Ensure adherence to established processes such as eLearning frameworks, brand & regional standards. Identifies risks & implement mitigation strategies. Ensure proper documentation, maintain control over timelines and quality. Good understanding of both creative design and eLearning fundamentals.
