Creative Designer

Overview

The Creative Designer is responsible for creating and producing high-quality print (primary focus) and digital assets, ensuring technical accuracy, brand consistency, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce print (70%) and digital (30%) assets.
• Prepare print-ready files (resolution, color, bleeds, dielines, specs).
• Perform QA/QC and technical validation of artwork.
• Manage high volumes of files with accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and external vendors.
• Troubleshoot production issues independently.
• Maintain file organization, version control, and templates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, focused on print and prepress.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
