Actively looking for CPA Manager
Location: Penticton, British Columbia
Key Responsibilities
- Review compilation, review, and audit working paper files, including financial statements and notes
- Review corporate and personal income tax returns
- Assist in managing partner workload, deadlines, and resource allocation
- Schedule, budget, and monitor staff assignments and project timelines
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical review support to junior staff
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain knowledge of current accounting and taxation standards and apply updates as required
- Assist with bookkeeping and year-end file preparation when necessary
- Support additional projects including CRA reviews, advisory work, tax support, administration assistance, and practice management initiatives
