What you will do:

• Hold responsibility for Passengers Acquisition and Retention KPIs
• Lead a matrix‑structured marketing team, and interact with other departments: Business Development, Marketplace Efficiency, Driver Operations, Product
• Drive the annual marketing plan of the country, analyzing digital performance, media and car‑branding strategies to optimize the marketing mix
• Hold country marketing budget processes
• Generate hypotheses and execute tests to drive growth‑hacking initiatives
• Lead brand positioning in line with local insights and global brand guidelines
