Country Manager/ Factory Manager

Responsibilities

• Providing overall leadership including strategic planning, sales, budget, cost control, production, quality control, HR, and warehouse management.
• Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high‑quality management team.
• Monitor business plans and budgets; effectively manage resources, including utilization and allocation.
• Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement.
• Build a high‑performance culture with a competent, flexible and committed workforce.
• Integrate various functions within manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations.
• Oversee all production issues within the factory.
• Station in overseas locations (such as Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Turkey, Mexico, etc.).
