Accountable for the deployment of the Edwards regional strategy, ensuring alignment across business and functional commitments, and managing institutional relations in accordance with the regional public affairs strategies. The Country Leader shapes and executes the national agenda through cross-functional leadership, strategic account engagement, and cultural stewardship.

• **Strategic Execution & Market Shapin** g: Define and drive the Edwards country strategy in alignment with regional growth priorities.
