Responsibilities & Qualifications

You will be responsible for the financial integrity of IQM's Finnish legal entity, ensuring accurate statutory and IFRS reporting, leading local audits, and supporting financial processes to enable global growth. Collaborate with finance, legal, investor relations, and external partners to ensure compliance and alignment with global standards. Your role involves managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, and improving internal controls and financial systems. You will also liaise with teams on public company reporting requirements in Finland. 5–7+ years of experience in controlling, accounting, financial reporting, or external audit within an international environment.
