Opportunity Description
As a Counselor, you will provide real-time emotional support, psychoeducation, and structured guidance to users through voice and chat sessions on the SoulSync platform. Sessions are initiated by users on demand, and you choose your own availability.
This is not clinical psychotherapy. Instead, it is evidence-informed supportive counseling designed to help individuals navigate everyday stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, career pressures, grief, self-esteem concerns, and overall emotional well-being.
- Conduct real-time voice and chat sessions with users on topics including stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem, career transitions, and general emotional well-being.
- Apply evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, or solution-focused techniques, as appropriate to your training.
