Position Summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic, business-forward, and collaborative attorney to serve as Counsel – Marketplace Payments within the Financial Services Legal team. Walmart Marketplace is a high-growth, strategic eCommerce business that enables third-party sellers to seamlessly reach Walmart’s massive global customer base and dramatically expand assortment while delivering a best-in-class shopping experience. This role will support the development and expansion of Marketplace financial services and payments capabilities, including sales-based financing (merchant cash advances), third‑party financing programs, billing and credit risk product development, secured transactions, international payments processing, and a broad range of other payment-related initiatives. The role will be located at our Home Office in Bentonville, AR, or the Walmart E-Commerce Offices in Sunnyvale, CA or San Bruno, CA.
