Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive mechanical maintenance plans and work packages
• Maintain a proactive backlog of scheduled maintenance work
• Support shutdown planning and coordination of scheduling milestones
• Facilitate planning meetings across key teams for effective communication
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement corrective actions
